Covid Crisis Support Scholarship

Covid has brought nightmares to all of us and our sympathy is with people who have lost their dear ones. The students who have lost their parents and guardians do not need to feel weak and helpless. There are so many initiatives that are trying to help such students. With the same purpose to help students, we have brought to you the following to support you in this difficult situation. We have found an initiative to support the education of students who have lost their parent(s) or are facing financial challenges owing to a Covid-led crisis in their family.  For details and application, please refer to this post.

B. Three scholarship (out of 12) details

  1. COVID Crisis Support Scholarship (Deadline: June 30, 2021)
    • Eligibility: Class 1 to Graduation students, who lost their parent(s) since January 2020 or earning member lost their job/employment during COVID pandemic || Award: Financial, mentoring and learning support.  
  2. HDFC Bank Parivartan’s ECS Scholarship 2021-22 (Deadline: July 31, 2021)
    • Eligibility: School (Class 6 to 12) & College students | Min. 55% marks | Annual income < INR 2.5 L || Award: Up to INR 75000
  3. DXC Progressing Minds Scholarship 2020-21 (Deadline: June 15, 2021)
    • Eligibility: First year BE/BTech students pursuing CS/IT/EE/EC streams | Annual  income < INR 4 lakh || Award: 50% of total fees or ₹40,000 per annum (whichever is less)
